1. What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. Landlords additionally provide property details, photos, and pricing when creating listings. Roommate seekers provide the lifestyle and budget details they choose to share in their profile.
2. How We Use It
We use your data to run the Platform: showing your listings or roommate profile to other users, letting you save favorites, connecting you with landlords via WhatsApp or the contact details you choose to share, and sending you account-related notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Where It's Stored
Account data, listings, and images are stored with Supabase, our database and storage provider. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
4. What's Public
Property listings, including photos, price, and area, are public and visible to anyone browsing the Platform. Landlord contact details you add to a listing (phone number, WhatsApp) are shown to tenants who view that listing. Roommate profiles are visible to other signed-in users based on your chosen filters.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Your Rights
You can edit or delete your profile, listings, or roommate post at any time from your dashboard. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, email us using the address below.
